To submit an abuse complaint concerning users who are using ForexVPS services in bad faith, please use one of the following methods:

Required Information

To ensure your complaint is processed rapidly, please follow the guidelines below. Incomplete reports may delay our investigation.

Clearly specify the IP address, domain name, or specific URL hosted on our network that is the subject of the complaint. Vague reports (e.g., "your network is attacking me") cannot be processed.

Please categorize the abuse type and provide the necessary evidence:

• Spam / Unsolicited Email: You must include the full email headers, timestamps, and a copy of the spam message.
• Malware / Phishing: Provide the exact URLs, screenshots, and if possible, hashes (MD5/SHA) of the malicious files.
• DDoS / Network Attacks: Include firewall logs, traffic dumps (pcap), timestamps (with time zone), and target IP addresses.
• Copyright / Trademark (DMCA): Attach evidence of the infringing material, a link to the original work, and a statement declaring your rights owner status (or authorized representation). To submit a formal copyright complaint, please use our DMCA Complaint Form.
• Other Violations: Provide a clear description of the issue, supporting evidence, and any relevant logs.

Policy regarding Private Individuals & Legal Authorities

While we review all valid reports, we generally require complaints regarding serious cybercrimes to be submitted or verified by relevant legal authorities or recognized cybersecurity organizations (CERTs). If you are a private individual, we strongly recommend reporting the incident to your local law enforcement agency first.

If you are representing a company, please contact us using your corporate email address rather than a personal one (e.g., @gmail.com) to facilitate identity verification.

Requests received through proper legal channels will be handled in accordance with Estonian law and our Terms of Service.
