Policy regarding Private Individuals & Legal Authorities
While we review all valid reports, we generally require complaints regarding serious cybercrimes to be submitted or verified by relevant legal authorities or recognized cybersecurity organizations (CERTs). If you are representing a company, please contact us using your corporate email address rather than a personal one (e.g., @gmail.com) to facilitate identity verification.
Requests received through proper legal channels will be handled in accordance with Estonian law and our Terms of Service.
